That is twice the car has been in for the same problem with drivers mirror and shown video of fault, it happens on cold days but only to the drivers mirror. Unable to replicate fault due to car warming up, if it doesn't affect the passengers side one

Shortage of microfilter parts at national level is not the fault of the dealer, but as changing the filter is half of the service perhaps they should have cancelled the appointment until shortage resolved. Cost to change brake fluid unjustifiable.

Standard of workmanship good but need to leave car for 2 days for diagnostic check then subsequent repair. Living 30 miles away and with no alternative transport this is not convenient. Alternative is very long wait for courtesy car.

John Clark Aberdeen were very helpful but was I somewhat frustrated at the overall process of trying to determine the problems with our iX. Aberdeen had to wait on feedback and authorisation and from BMW UK before they could do anything as its an EV.

Good service. There was a tyre which needed changing. The current tyres are winter tyres, but the service department suggested replacing the damaged tyre with a summer tyre which is not really safe. It was ultimately sorted satisfactory.
