My car was into BMW for MOT and fitting of 2 x new rear tyres. The only reason for 4 star review was that when checking new tyre pressures on drive home, these were no where near recommended pressures, and two wheels completely different settings ??

I was booked in for a wait first service at 8.00am and used the self service and booked in my car, received a txt message. My car sat for 1/2 hour in the car park before I asked the receptionist to enquire. Within 5 mins it was taken in.

Only criticism I had was that when I visited your premises I had a bit of a lengthy wait approximately 10 minutes before being acknowledged. Once I had been approached my requirements were dealt and handled extremely efficiently.

The work got done, and the price i didnt think was unreasonable, but there were many issues. I have recieved no invoice, no safety check has been sent to me, despite telling me that it would be done, service took 3 hours for a 90min appointment.
