I initially struggled with the software settings on my new car. A software expert was made available to update the settings to reflect those on my previous car. He was extremely helpful and guided me through some addional data.

Upon handover a fault was on the dash which resulted in the car being back in the day after delivery for a replacement battery. The de-badging had not been done and the overall cleanliness of the vehicle wasn't to the standard we would have expected

Unfortunately when I got my car back, after driving home I had a major oil leak due to the repair on an oil leak from my turbo not being carried out correctly. Jill Scott the service advisor was very helpful and got my car recovered that day.

I was having 4 tyres fitted and elected to wait whilst the job was carried out. The waiting area ia cold, draughty and way too clinical. It's actually pretty uncomfortable. Tyre pressure monitior NOT reset properly upon collection. THAT is poor!

basically i payed just to find where the oil leak is coming from, and not 100% they only suspect is the rocker gasket, then nothing about jitter or fluctuating rpm at idle while in drive.. i also suspect of having issues because of whatever they did.

My only complaint is that this was a 90 minute mot while you wait. The overall process took 135 minutes. I received the technicians video of the work & after another 30 minutes had to ask if the car was ready. I knew it was as it had been parked.

Every time I give you my car for Service or MOT, I land up with a huge bill for things I consider BMW issues with their car. More effort should be made for BMW to pay for Drive Train errors which have now cost me £3k plus.

Late to send health check and advice of work completion and no quote which was requested. I had to follow up to ensure vehicle would be ready and when. Failure of website booking service so had to resort to telephone with holds ask for web price

Customer service left a lot to be desired due to the fact I was only getting work carried out under goodwill. Was asked if I would like my car cleaned and said yes. Came to pick up car and had not been done.
