Tests by Centre and in conjunction with BMW were unable to find the cause of problem. Car returned fully tested. Concern as nothing was fixed and should fault return in future leaving me stranded (again) also having to pay for not finding the fault.

I was called at 17:15 and told my car was ready. I preferred to wait until the next morning to collect. I arrived at 10:00 the next day and was told the car wasn't ready as the car needed to be cleaned. It was eventually ready at 11:00.

I dropped my car off the day before as it was more convenient for myself, the workshop started that afternoon diagnosing the fault, communication was very good as well with phone calls keeping me updated. All works were completed quickly

Car was in two weeks prior then the Nox sensor supposedly went. Time before car was in two weeks after a O2 sensor went. Beginning to wonder if it's set up on purpose or wires loosened to get more money. I will have the sensors checked to make sure.

The result of the service and MOT on my car were great but the following were not: 1. My car was returned with my two front seats dirty. My seats are beige coloured so the dirt was very visible. 2. The loan car I received, although new, was dirty.
