Only a few days after expensive repair and service 3 warning lights came on in car - 1 brake sensor, 1 tyre pressure abd a light. I understand the light is bad timing but surprised about the brake pad sensor coming on and this was stressful.

Very helpful and professional staff, both on drop off and collection. Arrived before car was ready and someone came outside to explain the car was to be cleaned still. Received messages at each stage of the work being carried out as well.

Car sat fir at least 4 hours going nothing and I had to wait for nearly 2 hours as you only started the 2nd partbof the job after I turned up at 4.30. You need a workshop manager that keeps an eye on things.

I like the video links to show some of the checks. Aircon smell was apparently completed but can't smell it. Price for replacing rubber trim on window was steep and not covered under warranty because it's termed a perishable. Had the car a year.

The only point missing concerned the Health Video of my car. Having pointed out a rod that was "stuck" I would have expected a call/text giving cost to lubricate and/or replace whilst the car was on the ramp. That would have saved us both time.

issue re suspension addressed within 24 hours. Thursday morning assessment determined suspension spring broken, tyres cracked. car to be attended to on Friday. parts didn't arrive. Total confusion re tyre type given confusing data. Car back Tuesday.?
