I waited at bmw Aberdeen 7 hours one day to do oil and filter change, felt that was very excessive! Then had to go back on a Saturday, book my vehicle in at 8.30am to do front and rear brakes and wait another 4 hours, was told they will do it asap ??

I waited for a call to say my car was ready and come mid afternoon when there was no word I phoned to be told the car was ready. I assume (maybe wrongly )that the car had been ready for at least a little while.

There's still an issue at check-in, the process is neither clear nor consistent. Last time I went to service reception and was asked to check-in on the self-serve screen. This time I went to the self/serve and it sent me to service reception!

Car dropped off 4pm Thurs, could have prioritised MOT given there was a pre- stated front brake problem. MOT failure was intimated by text ca 4pm Friday with insufficient time to replace disks and brake pads. Skeleton crew Sat so Mon before repaired.

Given a very expensive price for tyres needing done and the minute I found a cheaper quote. There was no question it was price matched and you were by far the highest price. I was getting quotes from 195 to 220 and you offered 250.

I was very satisfied with the service I received. The workshop manager, Stewart Kerr was able to book my vehicle in at short notice. Luckily the very knowledgeable and somewhat handsome technician, John Kidd knew exactly what was wrong with my PMA!

Had two problems. Blocked washers was fixed well. Buzz/ rattle from drivers door window not fixed as mechanic couldn't hear it. It can take me five hours travelling to/from Banchory to deposit then collect my car. High time cost for me

After the car was picked up I now have a problem with the parking sensors which was not there before I put the car in. The parking assist doesn't work as the sensors are dirty. I can only assume something was done to the car. A poor outcome.
